Bensousan Han is an eclectic historic building in the center of Thessaloniki that has served many purposes and now hosts artistic and cultural events. Its symbol derives from the initials BH (Bensousan Han) and from key architectural elements of the building, such as the octagonal atrium with its glass dome, the patterned cement floor tiles, and the large metal gate.

The design reflects the space’s multifaceted character and its imposing, timeworn atmosphere. Through the deconstruction of the letters B and H, the symbol becomes a gateway—to mystery, timelessness, and transformation—echoing the belief that no one leaves Bensousan Han unchanged.
